So You Think You Can Dance is a United States television reality program and dance competition airing on the Fox Broadcasting Company network. Season seven premiered in 2010 with Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman returning as permanent judges and Cat Deeley returning to host. Mary Murphy stepped down from her judging position but was a guest judge during Vegas Week. Mia Michaels became the third permanent judge for this season. During the auditions, various guest judges joined Nigel, including Adam and Mia along with others.
