The saga begun in advanced to the annual whale wars between whaling of Japanese and the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. The ex-group is preparing on its close seasonal hunting of the minke whales with a quota approximately one thousand specimens which killed for the sake of their research. The group is preparing for "Operation Waltzing Matilda," which can squash the Japanese efforts in the near Antartic region in summer season of the whale wars.
