Supreme Court of USA decides if death row inmate Troy Davis will get into a re-trial.

This man was convicted in a series of killing a Savannah Police Officer which is Mark MacPhail almost twenty years ago in Columbus.

The Court was already delayed his execution once. But there was a full hearing back in October.

The decisions of Supreme Court will take up the case for a new trial is expected in any days. Furthermore Davis execution, delayed three times.

However Edward Dubose, the President of the Georgia NAACP which are the host of rallies for Troy Davis, said that 7 out of 9 original witnesses renounce their testimony over the past twenty years.

Even though he supported Troy Davis he said that his prayers will go out to Family MacPhail. But the new information would have been a change in Davis’s case.

He was hoping that the nine witnesses should been heard and conduct a new trial.

In opposite side Annaliese MacPhail, the victims mother, says that she will never find an end in her son’s murder case, but she wants justice no matter have come. She’s been disappointed about the case of her son because the evidence and everything have been proven that Davis is guilty, but after twenty years, the culprit yelled that he’s not guilty.

Fraternal Order of Police Major Randy Robertson states that the chapters across the country have been

surrounded the MacPhails , he said that it is important to point out the shell casings related to the scene.

The two sides say if the Supreme Court denies the re-trial, Davis could face the execution.

Edward Dubose states that there are four factors that could change the results for Davis.

Its either be the US Supreme Court, Sonny Perdue Governor of Georgia, the Board of Pardons and Paroles or the current District Attorney in Chatham Country.
